Warranty Coverage

1. Store warranty for any defective part(s) replaced or refurnished by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. — MI-JST BE ACCOMPANIED by Service Report Any water-damage, crack, or physical damage voids the warranty (in example, but not limited to any type of crack, vettical or horizontal lines, bleeding, discolourations, black dots, flashing screen).

2. This warranty is expressly conditioned on the customer’s normal use and operation of the repaired product and does not cover: (i) work related to liquid damage or software modificationsmxes; (ii) defects in device pans not replaced/repaired by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC.; and (iii) any warranty claims caused by abnormal device use.

3. WE FIX AND IJNLOCK INC.’s liability for any and all losses and damages to the customer in connection with WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC.’s work hereunder snall in no event exceed tne amount that tne customer nas paid for the repair or replacement. WE FIXAND UNLOCK INC. snall not be liable to the customer (wnether in contract, ton (including negligence) or otnewise) for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense wnatsoever regardless if WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. has been advised of the possibility.

4. Original manufacturer’s warranty may or may not be voided, WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. snall not be held responsible.

5. Original manufacturer’s water resistance and/or dust proof specifications / capabilities may not be applied after the device has been disassembled by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC., WE FIX AND IJNLOCK INC. will not be held responsible for maintaining any water resistance and or dust proof specifications / capabilities.

6. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FORA PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY OF THESE EXHIBITS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY
