1. Store warranty for any defective part(s) replaced or refurnished by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. – MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by Service Report. Any water-damage, crack, or physical damage voids the warranty (in example, but not limited to any type of crack, vertical or horizontal lines, bleeding, discolourations, black dots, flashing screen).
2. This warranty is expressly conditioned on the customer’s normal use and operation of the repaired product and does not cover: (i) work related to liquid damage or software modifications/fixes; (ii) defects in device parts not replaced/repaired by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC.; and (iii) any warranty claims caused by abnormal device use.
3. WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC.’s liability for any and all losses and damages to the customer in connection with WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC.’s work hereunder shall in no event exceed the amount that the customer has paid for the repair or replacement. WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. shall not be liable to the customer (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever regardless if WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. has been advised of the possibility.
4. Original manufacturer’s warranty may or may not be voided, WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. shall not be held responsible.
5. Original manufacturer’s water resistance and/or dust proof specifications / capabilities may not be applied after the device has been disassembled by WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC., WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. will not be held responsible for maintaining any water resistance and or dust proof specifications / capabilities.
6. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WE FIX AND UNLOCK INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ANY OF THESE EXHIBITS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY
